Store Return Policy:

General Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a return policy to ensure a hassle-free experience. Please review the following guidelines:

- All returns must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging intact.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.

Damaged/Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

- Notify us of the issue within 30 days of receiving the product by contacting our customer support team.
- Provide a detailed description of the problem and include any relevant photographs or evidence.
- Our customer support team will assess your claim and provide further instructions regarding the return process, replacement, or refund.

Lost Packages:
In the unfortunate event that your package is lost in transit, please adhere to the following steps:

- Notify us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
- Our customer support team will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
- If the investigation confirms the loss of the package, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

Error on the Part of the Distributor:
If the claim is determined to be an error on the part of the distributor, we will cover any necessary expenses incurred. This may include return shipping costs or providing a replacement product.

Return Process:

Customers are advised to contact the store before attempting to return any products.

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Contact our customer support team and provide all necessary information related to your return request.
- Await further instructions, which may include a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to return the item.
- Package the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on the part of the distributor.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the appropriate refund or replacement.

Please note that we don’t cover refunds due to carrier errors.

Please note that certain items may be subject to specific return restrictions or exclusions, such as products that have been intentionally damaged by the customer. Evaluation of such damage will be at the discretion of the distributor. In these cases, a refund may not be possible.

Notification for EU consumers:
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
2. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are thus not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Therefore, the distributor reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
